Meg is a Professor of Psychology and Chair of the Neuroscience Program at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. She is fascinated by animal behavior and enjoys using her research skills to learn about the natural history of species in order to promote the physical and psychological well being of captive and domestic animals. Meg became interested in the PRC when her colleague and retired PRC Board Secretary, Dr. John Furlong, introduced her to the sanctuary and its mission. She joined the board in April 2017 and looks forward to working with other board members to support the PRC in its mission of giving captive primates loving care and good lives.
