If you can’t make it to our Annual Member Event, but you still want a chance to participate in our silent auction, you’re in luck! We want to give our social media followers and supporters from afar a chance to bid on a few of the items that will be offered at the event. Here are the items available:
1. 16×20 Canvas Print of Cory Chimpanzee
This beautiful black and white photo canvas features Cory, one of nine chimpanzees who call the PRC home.
2. 10×20 Original Artwork on Wrapped Canvas by Victoria chimpanzee and Zulu Chimpanzee
This one of a kind painting is a joint project by Zulu and Victoria. They each worked on portions of the painting and gave it their own personal touches. This beautiful piece would make a great addition to any room!
3. Framed Art Print Collage – Featuring artwork by various PRC chimpanzee artists
This frame contains a collage of artwork prints, all of which were painted by chimpanzees who live at the PRC. Each print shows the wonderful personalities of each unique chimpanzee.
4. Custom Framed 16×20 Charcoal Drawing “See Me” valued at over $1500
This amazing original charcoal drawing by local artist Dennis Parrish, celebrates the chimpanzee and tells the story of both heartbreak and hope that the species has endured. This unique piece of artwork challenges us to see the whole story of the species so near to you.
5. Deluxe Date Night Package
Couples are sure to want this one! This gift package includes a one night stay at Hyatt Regency Lexington, two breakfast certificates to BlueFire Grill, a gift certificate to Tony’s restaurant and a bottle of wine.
